Lynn,
Fording is a consummate professional. His methods are both arcane and mysterious. And not particularly legal I'm guessing. But let's not focus on that. Let's concentrate instead on the enormous value and enrichment that his reports bring to our daily lives. Let's focus on that and leave the dirty work to him.

As for right-of-way, the medical profession with it's thousands of years of history has somehow been unable to come to this common sense approach that you describe.

Finally, I'm sure not all my readers are as familiar as you are with the work of my associates at Danger Couch.

Just how does Fording do it? He is always at the wrong place at the wrong time. His ability to just "be there" is astonishing. I really do believe that Vukanic had the right of way. Everyone knows that once the car stops and the passengers get out that precedence is gone. Radulovic needs an enormous dose of right-of-way etiquette. I don't think that Vukanic should have to attend the training class when he was clearly in the right. If he is forced through the training, I hope he uses the "defibulator" in paper/rock/scissors.
