I have entered a very challenging phase at work and until I can get find some good people, get them hired and trained, I will be doing lots of other people’s jobs. As I result, I will not be able to moderate the comments like I usually do. So if I don’t respond right away it is not because you said something stupid or that I don’t love each and every one you, but rather that I am diligently laboring to keep the boss’s empire afloat.
Before long I will return victorious, with a raise or maybe even a thank you from my employer, at which time I will moderate like a madman.
I will of course continue to post the funniest stuff I can think of every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Go ahead and chat amongst yourselves until I return.

I am all for that. Unless my boss is tuning in, in which case my every ounce of energy is dedicated to the company I so diligently serve.
